Duane Elledge is an independent hospitality consultant, with more than thirty years of global hospitality experience in development, operations, finance, and corporate services.  An accomplished senior hotel executive, Elledge has worked with some of the major hotel chains in the industry, including Westin Hotels and Resorts, Nobel House Hotels and Resorts and Wyndham Hotel Group (WHG).  

Elledge’s extensive background includes the following corporate executive positions:

Wyndham Hotel Group – Brand President Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Managing Director – Asia, Executive Vice President – Franchise Services, Executive Vice President – Chief Retention Officer, Senior Vice President – Group Operations, and Senior Vice President – Design & Procurement Services

Wyndham International – Senior Vice President – Corporate Services, Senior Vice President – Managed Hotels, Senior Vice President – Tactical Planning and Audit Services, and Senior Vice President and Controller 

Elledge has also led corporate and community programs centered on supplier diversity, including leading the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council as Corporate Chair.

Among his accomplishments, Elledge successfully built an international hotel presence as Managing Director in APAC, enhanced the on-boarding process for Wyndham Hotels through expanded support services focused on revenue management, field marketing, sales & marketing training, and reservation production, developed and implemented an on-site field training program to assist hotels in meeting their revenue targets, and integrated nine separate hotel field service functions under one leadership team.

Elledge is a graduate of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting.   He is a certified internal auditor and certified hotel account executive.

He is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
